Ferizaj won't be in the stadium because of the budget (Photo)

According to a Ferizaj municipality media report, it became known that the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Minister Kujtim Gashi, respectively, has announced current President Agim Aliu that an earlier memorandum for the realisation of the city's Stadium cannot be implemented in practice in the absence of the budget.

This morning's <x0.> Present afternoon, municipal executive has accepted an e-mail from the MRKS, either Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kujtim Gashi and MKRS Secretary General Veton Firzi through which it confirms the non-execution of the Memorandum of Co-operation with the Ferizaj Community for the construction of City Stadium”, the media report said.

In letter to the Ferizaj municipality MKRS says that: “as we have announced through the official mail attached to the date 21,09.2017, regarding the annulment of the Ferizaj Community Co-operation Memorandium for the construction of the City Stadium in Ferizaj with the number of protocols 1629/2017 of the 27/04/2017 date, you are again invited that the Memorum could not be executed for the only reason since the budget is not available at<1>, the media letter submitted.

For the more signed memorandum, according to the MKR, it does not specify the design code under which budgetary planning would take place over the years as outlined in Article 3.1. signed.

This announcement by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports confirms once again the statement by Ferizaj Mayor Agim Aliu at one of the Assembly of the Community hearings that the memorandum of co-operation between the MKRS and the Ferizaj Community for building the City Stadium has no budget to realise.

Aliu had called former leader Svarqa's fraud and that, according to the Ferizaj municipality, the letter from Minister Gashi confirms it.

The municipal government led by the Mayor Agim Aliu is committed to transparency and accountability for citizens ferizaya, co-operation with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports will continue on other projects in behalf of the creation of better cultural infrastructure, youth and sports for the citizens of the Ferizaj municipality, the Ferizaj municipality is said to be reporting.
