Kosovo U-18 has been proclaimed European Basketball Championship Champion C Division.

Kosovo basketball players, backed by fans at Pristina's Youth and Sports Palace hall, were dominant in the finals towards Cyprus and managed to win the challenge by 73:64.

Thanks to this victory, Kosovo U-18 will now climb to the B division of this race.

Chief Parliamentary Kadri Wessel has congratulated the Basketball Federation on victory over Cyprus.

I congratulate the boys of our under-18 age group basketball representative who were proclaimed champion at the European Division C Championships tonight, held in Pristina. So in the best possible way, we're ranking one success after another. This is best evidenced by the fact that our athletes are the bright future of our state”, he wrote on Facebook.
