Renowned Kosovo publicist and writer Veton Surroi has published an article called “Twenty-nine years” writes Periscope.
Surroi says Kosovo has been trapped in every aspect since the end of the war, a impasse due to political elites in the country who, according to him, have merely tribal and family interests.
This complete impasse has led Kosovo citizens to be industrially stolen the largest and most irreversible resources: time.
