The first-ever match between Kosovo and Iran is held Sunday in Istanbul has been cancelled.
News of Telegrafi has confirmed several Kosovo players gathering in Switzerland.
“Manager Bajram Shala just announced that the match would not take place”, one of the players gathered in Kosovo said under anonymity.
Kosovo played it against Albania on Tuesday, where it scored a 3-0 victory.
Players are already expected to conduct several training sessions with Coach Bernard Challandes.
Players remain gathered in Switzerland.
