The key triangle for peace and stability in the Western Balkans constitutes Belgrade, Zagreb and Tirana, Switzerland's ambassador to Serbia, Philip Guex, has said of today's number of newspapers “Novosti”.

He has stressed that normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina will be crucial to Serbia's entry into the European Union.
