Parliamentary Investigative Commission in the case of “Gylenists”

The Assembly has approved Resolution for forming a Parliamentary Investigative Commission in the case of “Gylenists” deported to Turkey. The recommendations are these:
The Parliamentary Investigative Commission is formed for lighting up the case of the expulsion of six Turkish citizens by March 29th 2018.
It is required by parliamentary groups that within three days send the names of their representatives to the Parliamentary Investigation Act to the Parliamentary Investigation Act.
In the function of lighting this issue, the Assembly imposes all relevant institutions related to the issue in question to respond to the request of the Baltimore Commission.
The Assembly mandates the Investigative Commission to review the compliance of the procedures followed in this case with the Constitution and the laws in force.
