Court condemns two bank robbers in Kamenica

The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has declared a condemnation of accused B. A. and A. L., which under the threat of weapons, received 670 euros at the bank “Finca”, in Camenica.

According to the Court, the case has occurred on February 23rd of this year, where those accused at the threat of weapons had received a total of 670 euros from the bank's safe.

With these acts, the accused has committed criminal acts: theft and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The court after reviewing all of the subject papers, hearing witnesses and admitting guilt from the accused, has pronounced sentence on both of the accused by four (4) years in prison and two thousand euros in fines.

The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
