Here's Thaci's post:
Kosovo has met all criteria for liberalisation. I just finished meeting Commissioner Hahn in Brussels. It was a very productive meeting. Kosovo institutions, after ratification of demarcation with Montenegro, have met all criteria for visa liberalisation.
Now it is up to the European Union to complete procedures for free movement of citizens to take place as soon as possible. Kosovo will continue its even higher commitment to order and law and sweeping reforms.
Commissioner Hahn pledged to meet the necessary procedures within EU institutions. It was common agreement that ratification of the demarcation with Montenegro was not only the fulfillment of the visa liberalisation condition, but also an important strategic step for strengthening peace, stability and good neighbourlyisation in the region.
