This conference, attended by numerous reactors and researchers from all Balkan Universities, was officially announced by Tetovo University Rector Prof president and president of the Association of Balkan Universities. Dr. Willnet Ameti.
The one in front of the audience, where in addition to scientific researchers, there were over 40 reactors of the Balkan Universities, added that universities, their studies should be guided in real research of the culture of the Balkan peoples, which should not be seen only in the view of the common linguistic, cultural and literary influences that have had different cultures in the region, but special importance should be devoted to the literal scientific study of the values of this civilisation and the contributions these cultures have provided for the entire history of mankind over centuries.
The opening of the works of this Balkan intergraduate conference with its presence was also honoured by the president of the Macedonian Parliament. Talat Xhaferi. He before scientific scholars said that universities are the cradle of knowledge, the cradle of the future, and the institutions in which the vision for the future is realized.
At the official opening of this conference, their views on the theme of the conference and the importance of co-operation between Balkan Universities also showed university rectors, but also motion scholars.
