Specialised chamber judges are doing the sefa. It's been exactly a year and a month since they've been appointed, but so far they haven't considered a case related to claims listed in Senator Dick Marty's report, writes Koha Ditore today.
On the basis of the recommendations of the independent Election Commission, February 7th 2017, the chief of the EULEX mission in Kosovo, Alexander Papadopoulos, had appointed 19 judges to the International Courts of the Courts of These Chambers.
These appointments include the post of deputy chairman and post of four judges of the Constitutional Court Specialised Chamber. But people who are going to do justice over accusations expressed in the report by Senator Marty, in the vast majority of the time they have not been physically present at Special Headquarters in The Hague in Holland.
