Nuredin Krasniqi is named U.D. Kosovo Telecom Chief Executive

Kosovo's telecom is guided according to the Laws on Public Enterprises and Ministerial Governance of the Republic of Kosovo. The absence of the Board of Directors and recently the completion of the operational contract (23.02,2018) of the Executive Chief has led to operations, location, and implications of the strategy on Kosovo Telekom, to have difficulties (both formal and procedural in terms of both formal and business.

Although there were rumours that the Interministerial Council had recommended the Government for continuing contract for Agron Mustafa, officially or formally, this had not happened, so Telekom says there is no information.

“Seeing this undefinated situation, without the prospect and risk of blocking Kosovo Telecom operations and business as a whole, Secretary and Supervisor of the Corporation, Arian Gashi, with the 13th March 2018, calls for an extraordinary meeting of TK Executive Management and Workers Union (head of its quality observer), where we simultaneously thank him for the unity shown and the constructive commitment to resolution”, the Kosovo Telecom has announced in a municipality for the media.

After the analysis of the situation, the Executive Management comes out with attitude/consulsion:

“The situation created in Telekom is a special case not located before, with the best purpose and will, as well as obligations derived from tasks and work responsibilities, the exercise of the deputy task The EC will continue to exercise according to the Board's decision, Nuredin Krasniqi, (prot. 01-5351/15 dt.25.11.2015) to another decision from Actionary”.

The information and description of the state created to the last (in progress) has been sent to the Actionary.

By March 16, 2018 (last afternoon), Public Enterprise Monitoring Unit (NJPMNP) The Ministry of Economic Development sends notice or request that Kosovo Telekom's bids take the necessary steps/actions in relation to the created situation supported in the law.
