A serious event in a US court during a trial hearing. A defendant attacked the witness with a pen to hang him to death by a policeman at the courtroom.
The following video shows the whole story and the short time it all happened.
There's a U.S. Deputy Marshal on video taking a gun from his belt and firing fire on the 25-year-old and leaving him dead. The entire incident lasts about 24 seconds.
The attacker was in custody, but managed to escape police control in just seconds, during which he attempted to execute his plan to attack the witness.
The 25-year-old assailant's reputation has brought the marshal to trial for excessive use of force. According to them, they did not have to kill him because the moment the witness was shot, there was no danger for him.
He was charged with attacks on two federal officers and the shooting of one of them. The event took place on April 21, 2014, but the video was published only now to shed light on the event.
