Pacolli has thanked Switzerland for its support.
We thank Switzerland, in particular as a country that has historically supported Kosovo. Switzerland's former president, Michelin Calmy Rey, has called early, for Kosovo to become independent and it belongs to the modern history of Kosovo”, he said.
Pacolli recognised the conversationary and the latest developments in Kosovo regarding the Specialised Chambers, the Demarket Bill, etc.
The senior Swiss diplomat, accompanied by the Helvetic Confederacy Ambassador to Kosovo Jean-Hubert Lebet, confirmed Switzerland's will to proceed with powerful help.
Speaking of talks with Serbia, she underlined that Switzerland rejects any idea of the exchange of territories in the Balkans, the stance supported by Minister Pacolli, who said “this idea would bring the opening of the Pandora box in our region”.
Following the meeting, Pacolli called for assistance in bringing the Swiss model of functioning Kosovo municipalities.
