Lawyer Koci points to reasons for former dreamer's shooting of gynecologist Premim Goyanni

According to Koci, the person who surrendered after firing three bullets in the direction of the Kosovo doctor, in front of his house, has done the work only because he is a criminal and has imagined it.

Sources within the Police and Prosecutor's Office have also shown that they have opened several investigative tracks on Friday Goyani, including serious criminal acts associated with his past, Express reports.
