Cattral asked her followers on social networks to help find him.
The actress announced that his brother's keys, phone, and wallet were found on the table, the front door was open, and his seven dogs left uninhibited.
“Chris wouldn't do that. Help us get her home safely”, she asked the fans.
Later Sunday, Liverpool-born actress posted another message to “Titter”, lamenting the death of her brother.
She thanked the people who had supported her by seeking privacy. No further details were given about the circumstances of death.
A Canadian police spokesman explained that there was no reason to believe that death was suspicious. / TCH/
