Alternative World Cup, with players playing in local leagues

Which national would be stronger if they were forced to take only players playing in domestic championships? This is the question posed by “Bleacher Report”, which has compiled a ranking of the strongest nationals, excluding stars playing abroad. For the first 10 have been selected teams of 23 players, as if these actually participated in the World Cup, and the names in black are of those thought to be titles. The players who have withdrawn, like Buffon, are only on the team for this special classification.
