Former Albanian delegation special dedication to women for Valentine's.

Former MP Edward Ndocaj has chosen a special way to congratulate his wife on the day of lovers.

In his Facebook profile, he published a poem and two paintings, Ndocaj recalls the time he met his wife and when it was not material but spiritual.
