Bahtiri stressed that since today the petition for the union of Mitrovica begins.
I ask of you to go out in this petition, legitimately addressing the Kosovo Assembly. There won't be political parties, but it will be us all, the petition starts today, and if anyone wants to have speculation that it won't come true because it will come true. I beg you as a citizen of Mitrovica to stand up for your country and today to respond voluntarily and massively to my” initiative, Bahtiri said.
This petition has expansion throughout Kosovo. In Mitrovica, five points have been placed, starting in front of municipal building facilities, at the city square, near the bus station, at the mosque” Isa Begu”, where citizens are able to sign this petition.
Otherwise, Mitrovica chairman has also called on Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Wessel, who is from Mitrovica to sign this petition.
