The statement says the Government of Serbia today has more strictly condemned Kosovo's decision to convert the KSF into the Army.
In addition, with the common demagogity of this government, the statement says Serbia is strongly set for peace.
Serbia's “government, together with the president, has consistently conveyed the situation in our southern province, and all its decisions to make further decisions will be taken in consultation with the republic's chairman”, says the case, broadcast Koha.net.
This decision, added in it, causes great concern and is flagrant violation of the principles of international law and, above all, UN Resolution 1244. The decision is also contrary to the so-called constitution that has adopted Kosovo's own provisional bodies of self-government, and this is absurd of its kind that Kosovo, except for international agreements, does not even respect its own norms.
Serbia's government will continue to witness to all international actors in the overall ignoring of international law principles from Kosovo that has been clear since the signing of the 2013 Brussels agreement since Kosovo has done absolutely nothing in its implementation.
Ignoring the principles of international law is also noted in numerous interventions with long arms and mistreatment of Serbs who escalated in early November with the decision to impose the tax initially ten percent and then 100 percent on products of Serbia and Bosnia, with what the CEFTA and SAA agreement has been violated.
The KSF's conversion to the Army is the more drastic indicator than Kosovo's unilateral steps are contrary to the fundamental values of democratic societies, the Serbian government estimates.
Also, this act is Kosovo's biggest threat to peace in the region.
