The State Prosecutor, after the incident, has filed several requests to the competent bodies of the Republic of Serbia, for international judicial co-operation, but so far we have accepted only some information, which is not essential for the lighting of the case, as we have not yet received answers to IMEI, SMS, mapping, as well as introductions/ex.
Also, with the aim of comprehensive co-operation and lighting of the case, one of the requirements has been repeated, which concerns the entrances/ outages and SMS numbers, which have been owned by the victim, Oliver Ovanovic.
Also, defendant Milan Radojic has been interviewed by Serbia's state bodies, without the request of the State Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, against which the prosecution has been issued for the launch of investigations, even though in the official meetings between the Kosovo Police and Serbia, Serbia's Police have declared that they do not recognise indictee Milan Radojic, with the argument that the same is a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, the Serbian side has requested and accepted from Kosovo Police, cloning shelles from the site, but the State Prosecutor has yet to accept reports of these examinations.
The State Prosecutor is still ready for co-operation with the competent bodies of the Republic of Serbia and is committed to lighting up Oliver Ivanov's murder.
