The new procedure became known Friday as the second trial session was held. Hajdahw's reasoning is that Hoti has violated the ethics of the judge.
“I have prepared a request to postpone the session after applying for the initiative for disciplinary investigation into the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office, because of the violation of ethics as a judge, and in such a situation it is not possible and ethical to be put into this process until it is decided on or until another judge is appointed as I requested by the court chief”, prosecutor Hajdari has said.
