Haradinaj: I am a soldier of Adam Yasar, Ibrahim Rugova

That is what Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said in the Veteranni Day celebration.

He has spoken to the Special Court, saying he does not fear it should not fear any Kosovo war veteran.

According to him, if they call him, he won't be afraid and he will respond to the invitation because he has people behind him, as all other veterans have.

At the same time, he has said that nobody has to fear because Albanians, or KLA soldiers, are not the ones who have killed their brothers after the war, are enemies who have done this.

This is Haradinaj's statement:

We have never mourned each other in our tradition, but we have respected and followed what has led to the war of freedom.

We are proud to have been led by a heroic family, so today we also mark the anniversary of our initial attack on the Jashar family.

See how proud and precious our journey to freedom is. There is no dilemma that the meritor for freedom is the warrior, but not just him, all the natives, all those who have supported our freedom efforts are meritive. As a veteran, I express thanks to the friendly exercises that are making us proud and that our army is joining them.

The challenge never weakens us, never weakens those that come face - to - face, tires us of what comes behind us, while those that come face to face are easy for the warrior.

We're not gonna let anyone shoot a gun among the soldiers and hurt those who have to walk the road to freedom, and we're gonna have to charge them more than others.

From the Special Court, we're not scared in front of the cannons, in front of the grenades, in front of Milosevic, we're not scared today. Show your Albanian honor and our honor. None of us should hide, not think of anyone alone. Wherever I was, I had the people after me. I had you.
If they call me again, I know I'm not alone, and if they call you, you're not alone. Sometimes you lose hope, but in the end we'll be proud.

I am proud of what I have done as a soldier of freedom, as a soldier of Adam Jashar and Ibrahim Rugova. Each time they've hurt us by putting us against each other.

There are no fighters who killed a brother behind the war in Kosovo, it's the enemy's hand that did it, not one freedom soldier.
