It will hold talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Germany's Angela Merkel after postponing the MPs' final vote on the deal.
The prime minister of Great Britain has said it needs further “ ” regarding the Northern Ireland border plan to get support from Commons.
European Council President Donald Tusk insisted that the EU will not “rinegocion”, but said leaders will discuss how to help “facilitate ratification in the United Kingdom”.
Labour and Pension Secretary Amber Rudd said further talks with Brussels would focus on “Brex1> of Brex on the Irish border, which Mrs. May earlier admitted to having caused MPs “widespread and deep concern”.
The prime minister's surprise uprising, following days of repeated insistence that the vote will go ahead, urged Labour Leader Jeremy Corby to ensure an urgent three-hour debate Tuesday.
“It cannot be fair that the government can unilaterally change agreements”, said Corbyn, who earlier accused Mrs. May of losing control of the “situation”.
No date has been set for the Brex agreement to be put back before deputies, though Mrs. May indicated the deadline for the vote was January 21st.
Jacobs Rees-Mogg, the highest conservative leader, said May could lack “preparedness” to put its agreement “unsent” before MPs.
He is trying to get enough Tory deputies to present faithless letters to the prime minister to trigger a leadership competition.
