Transferd to Liverpool from Monaco as a huge transfer, Fabinho has not convinced coach Jurgen Klopp to give a title fan.
Brazil has so far been activated in only four championship matches and three others in Champions, mainly from the reserve bank.
The 25-year-old has become Milan's main target for the midfield department.

The Reds have started talks with Liverpool leaders as they want Fabinho borrowing in January.
Milan aims to borrow the Brazilian eligible purchase at the end of the winter for 40m euros.
Fabinho joined Liverpool during the month of June this year for a total of 45m euros from Monaco.
According to Corriere Dello Sport, the Rossons are the top favourite for the player's transfer.
The contest for the Brazilian propretator also holds France's ruling champion, Paris Saint Germain./Periscopi/
