The delay of this trial has confirmed Lushtak's lawyer, Arian Koci. Charged of several criminal acts related to the KEK's selection of KEK facilities are former KEK director Arben Djukaj, former head of Procure Investigation Organisation Hysni Hoxha, former head of Sculajed Sami Lushtaku, Esat Tahiri, Milazizim Lushtaku, Dritton Prathi of Azem Duraku.
