Haradinaj on Facebook has announced that he has been working a morning with Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and leaders of Western Balkan countries.
“I stressed that Kosovo is committed to empowering regional co-operation and willing to take over its obligations, but that this should be mutual. I informed counterparts that the country has made progress in implementing the SAA and ERA 1 and that we are now waiting for the launch of ERA 2”, Haradinaj wrote.
Kosovo, Haradinaj has said, is the only country in the EU and the region that still does not move freely.
“From Chancellor Kurz asked that visa liberalisation be introduced into the EU agenda, because Kosovo has fulfilled all criteria set by the EU”, he has said.
In addition to our right to free movement, visa liberalisation for Kosovo means more partnership, more market and exchange opportunities for EU countries and the” region, Haradinaj concludes.
