The prosecution says Stolic has committed this crime by employing and paying workers illegally.

Witness Aleksandar Trajkovic and accused Miroslav Stolic were questioned at today's session.

Witness Trajkovic, former head of Klokoti's Municipal Assembly, who had also raised criminal speculation against accused Stolic, in his testimony told of irregularities made in the case of announcing the competition and acceptance of the aid workers at primary school “Marko Rajkoviq” in Verboc in Klokoti.

According to him, the abuses in this contest had been investigated when he found that eight relief workers had been accepted from 5 to the title. Witness Trajkovic says that the education director at the time, now accused Miroslav Stolic, has misused his official duty because the moment he accepted workers more than he needed has damaged the Klokot municipality budget.

According to this witness, these aid workers have held these positions of employment as long as they have not gone to work for what they have been appointed.

He said that the workers admitted to these positions have stayed home more than in the job they've been accepted, even though they have received their salary.

“The workers in question have received a salary and that even though these aid workers have been admitted to work I have personally seen some go to work and some stay at home, working in fields”, said witness Trajkoviq.

In addition, according to this witness, accused Stolic, at the time the contest was announced, was not the director of education, but later during their admission he was appointed director and the same one violated the law in force in the case of their accession.

But when asked who has decided to declare this competition and who recommended accepting these workers and what was the role of accused Stolic in the process, the witness indicated that this competition was announced by the Education Directorate, former director Aleksandar Stoilkovovic and workers have accepted the commission for interviewing candidates, respectively. While for the role of the accused in this recruiting process, he said he does not know whether he was a member of this commission to accept these workers.

Later, the trial continued with the questioning of accused Miroslav Stolic.

Indictee Stolic indicated that by May 2014 he had worked as director at the Directorate for Education, Health, Culture and Social Services.

Regarding the charge he charges, he stated he does not admit guilt and that the goal of appointing these aid workers was to reduce the unemployment rate, as well as because this school has two separate parallels in Verboc and one in Mogilla.

He further said that when the director arrived, he found these aid workers employed and that he had not seen any irregularities in this competition, for him, and had not taken measures to cancel.

During my time as director, there were no extra admissions of workers, but only as much as necessary, and there have been educational workers who have been admitted to work but only half a rating, and that's been done for the fact that the school has worked according to two plan-programs”, accused Stolic said.

Regarding the damage to the Klokot municipality's budget, the accused said it was not damaged because, as he says from the admission of these employed candidates, there has been no complaint from other candidates who have applied.

According to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Gjilan, represented by prosecutor Agron Uka, accused Miroslav Stolic is charged that, in the quality of the director at the Department of Education, Culture and Sports in the Klokot municipality, in order to bring itself or the other illegal property benefits and, contrary to the law, he has abused official duty by violating the laws in power of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to the indictment, Stolic has misused official authority in such a way that the competition, proclaimed on March 11, 2014, has admitted eight auxiliary workers and five elementary school teachers at the “Marko Rajkovic”, without ignoring the initial procedures with legal acts. Also, according to the indictment, the defendant during the 2014/2015 school year has reportedly paid more aid and teaching workers, causing material damage to the Republic of Kosovo's budget in many of the 25,000 euros.

Callo. com has learned to share Miroslav Stolic in September this year has also filed an indictment for hiring a nurse doctor who had been paid for two years without even being at the KKMF position in Kllokot.
