At the regional conference, titled "Rolley of the Western Balkans," beyond the London summit, which is taking place in Skopje at 5-7 October, organised by the Chevening Network in Macedonia, at the entrance of the word, I stressed that regional co-operation in the simple explanation is like the game theory where interactive decision-making and the result of each participant or “depends on the actions of all.
In this case, I stressed that the interaction of issues stretched out on the panel also has the chain effect. In this case where lack of political stability undermines the mechanisms of fighting corruption, meanwhile, the spread of corruption fuels organised crime and such impacts take on trans-national expansion, thus endangering regional security.
The Western Balkans are similar to the nature of problems, but also general political culture, but on the other hand, the motives of conflicts. First of all, addressed in the wider context, corruption, clientelemism and the nepotism in the Balkans find specific forms of distribution. First, it is part of a history of state-citizen relations; second with general political culture and third with fragility mechanisms effective towards these phenomena.
Therefore, regional co-operation, except that it is necessary, is a prerequisite for integration approach. Turning to game theory, each country's journey depends on the same actions.
Thank you, Cobashi Blood and the whole crew for organization.
