The Tirana Court of Appeals left inconsistent the measure of security in prison for Rexhep Rhaj, who is accused of the criminal act of persecuting Gisila Malokut.
Rexhepi's lawyer charged that the tribunal has acted under political and media pressure.
“Under the policy dictatorship the court is no longer making fair decisions. Criminal work does not pose risks, much more when the victim says it has not been threatened”, Rexhep Rreja's lawyer said.
Gisiele, who repeated what he said in the media, spoke after the hearing: <x0-problems have come for jealous reasons, as I have said before. Everything I said in the media is true” /topchannel/.
