Players went to disco after losing, resigns coach

Change in Slovak national adornment.

Jan Kozak has decided to resign, a day after his team was defeated in the challenge facing the Czech Republic.

He was Slovakia's coach for five years, and after his resignation he stepped down at a news conference and pointed out the reasons why he decided to leave, while he discovered a major scandal involving 7 of the team players.

“I took the decision to resign from the disappointment I suffered, when I learned that seven of the players had gone out to celebrate, in the evening after losing to the Czech Republic”, Kozak said. “Speaking for Martin Dubravka, Milchal Sul, Lubomir Satka, Norbert Gymber, Milan Scrinar, Stanisislav Lobotka and Vladimir Weiss”.

After twice seeing the retransmitting of the match, to find out where we were wrong, I noticed that seven of the players were out”, Kozak found.

Slovakia's coach then also showed the meeting with the players the next day, but the reasons he was prompted to make the decision to resign for the national good.
