The high-intensity match took place at the Staples Center where Lakers' first victory was hosted under the direction of LeBron James.
But after Houston was at home by NO Pelicans, the response immediately followed, thanks to the great performance of James Harden and Chris Paul.
Harden recorded 36 points, 11 of them in the last quarter, adding seven dances and five assistings, while Chris Paul added double copy of 28 points of 10 jumps.
LeBron James was the best at Lakers with 24 points done and he was helped by Lonzo Ball since the bench made 14 points.
Other matches note Boston's narrow win in New York with a score of 103-101 a day after the loss from Toronto, while Philadelphia won in the last breath with a Reddick three on Orlando Magic.
