Ever since I met him, I always knew my boyfriend was a traitor. But I had so little self - confidence that I did not have the courage to separate from him. I caught him writing to other girls several times and promised he would never do it again.
Everything went well several months, but then in April, I caught it again, and this time my mental health was very bad. I was shocked because I did not expect him to betray me at a time when I needed emotional support.
My mental state has never been good. I have always been depressed, I have a lot of mental and personality disorders, which may be why I stayed with him longer.
After the shock, my mental health went to a new level, developed new disorders, and I began to think that I am going crazy. This state of mind became physical and was not well.
