Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said he does not believe the initiative of 43 Kosovo Parliament deputies will succeed in abolishing the Special Court.
Asked by Tim Sebastian, one of the world's most famous journalists for strict interviews, on the “Confliction Zone”, whether you think MPs' initiative for the court will deal with alleged war crimes cases in Kosovo will be advanced, Haradinaj replied: “does not seem to be following the post-x3>.
Deutsche Welle's journalist has asked the Kosovo executive chief even whether he fears the Special Court.
“I personally do not fear”, Haradinaj has indicated.
There is a concern about the Court to a number of people here”, he said.
“They consider it unjust, as a justice institution, dealing only with certain cases, and not everything that happened here in the past”, the Kosovo prime minister has declared.
Earlier, Haradinaj has said that the Special Court exists, and that it is not questioned.
