Haradinaj comments on charges of killing Shumbi Mehmet: I'm surprised!

Kosowvs Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj after the government's meeting has appeared at a media conference where he has also received questions from reporters.

Haradinaj has also been asked about statements by Special Prosecutor Shkumbin Mehmeti, who last night has charged a TV interview with post-war killings by many from the Dukagjin region where the prime minister comes from.

Haradinaj said he was surprised by this way of communism, though, as he said, has not seen the interview.

A person from prison gave me interviews is strange. All the statements had to be the matter of prosecutors and judges not to be shown media. I have not seen the interview, but I heard comments and reactions, and I am surprised”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.

He has even commented on the beating of Kosovs Agron's chief of Telekom Mustafa by two Kosovo police officers, for whom he said there are no clear actions but who, according to him, will be prosecuted by police and investigators.
