This is Ridvan Xhedeen, who along with his grandfather Hakiu, are seeing the massacred bodies of 44 Albanians in the Recak massacre.
The video was recorded in January 1999, KTV reports.
At the village mosque, where the troops of slaughtered Albanians, Ridvan, then only nine, says he remembers every detail of this horror.
19 years after the event that shocked the international community, Ridvan recalls the greatest horror of his life.
Every time he returns to this country, he has the anxiety of fear and suffering for his father, whom he saw slaughtered by Serb forces.
He lives in France today, but he never lets go without drawing Recak's memorial.
At the entrance of the memorial, he stops in front of his father's picture.
His grandfather, Hakhu, who once tried to comfort Ridvan, even at an advanced age, recalls January 15th of that year.
That cold winter day in Recak, Serbian forces killed and massacred 44 Albanian civilians.
After seeing this scene firsthand, O mission chief The SEU, William Walker, alarmed that crime is taking place in Kosovo against humanity, which prompted the international community to undertake the military mission, after which Serb forces withdrew from Kosovo.
