According to him, citizens just as a result of the accumulated fines have not been able to register their vehicles, should exploit that right, as the time for pardoning fines as a result of non-registering is limited.

Otherwise, the decision in question was taken weeks ago by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where it said that citizens who failed to register their cars for years because of fines can now do it in all Civil Recording Agency sports without paying fines at all.

The decision to register all kinds of vehicles without paying fines, which I received weeks ago resulted in over 8 thousand registered vehicles.

Citizens who, as a result of the accumulated fines, have not been able to register their vehicles, have to exploit that right, since the time to forgive fines as a result of non-registering vehicles in the first place is limited.
