According to him, citizens just as a result of the accumulated fines have not been able to register their vehicles, should exploit that right, as the time for pardoning fines as a result of non-registering is limited.
Otherwise, the decision in question was taken weeks ago by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where it said that citizens who failed to register their cars for years because of fines can now do it in all Civil Recording Agency sports without paying fines at all.
