Albanian killed by German police gun

The policeman from Bavaria and another person found at the scene of the crime were arrested and released again.
At the residence, a service gun and ID of a police official have been confiscated according to MDR information. Two men aged 22, one of whom owned the apartment and partner of the murdered woman who is known for police, while the other, the noted police officer, had attended. Both had been drunk.
It's not quite clear yet if the weapon was used for the murder committed, and it's not exactly known if the woman died of a gun shot, it's albinfo.ch. A police spokeswoman also says that it is still unknown which person has shot. The cause of the murder will be revealed after the investigation is conducted.
Under the current state of investigation, intentional murder by the police is ruled out. Thus, investigations into the suspicion that the murder was made by negligence are under way.
