The judge has made the decision today: there are no blackmail elements in sending e-mails from the 62-year-old architect to the address of the former journalist who was in the post of Turkish spokesman Swisscoy, then a colleague from service to the same mission.

There is no dilemma for Judge of the Cyril District: He who has sent his former popular television reporter Stefan Tabaznik anonymously has been a former colleague from the joint service within the Swiss, into Kosovo. But this email was not of the blackmailing nature as Tabaznik claims, writes nz.ch. The trial at the Cyril District Court was interrupted in September last year due to the accused's claim that the judge “was taking sides with the journalist, as albinfo.ch wrote to the world. As a result, the subject had to go up to the Supreme Court.

But the latter has refused to examine it, so the subject had to be returned to the first judge of the District Court. And the judge has made the decision today: there are no elements of blackmail in sending e-mails from a 62-year-old architect to the address of the former journalist who was in the post of Turkish spokesman Swisscoy, then a colleague from service to the same mission.

According to the judge, a single email in which the accused threatens the journalist with a “coff to the public” is not enough to meet the criminal act of blackmail. The publication of such a “demontage” could not have been in the power of the accused but in that of the media. And it would be questionable if the media would agree to be involved in such a lynching campaign. Hence, e - mail content was inappropriate but not punishable. Thus, with the decision of the trial judge of the Cyril District of Zurich, the accused receives a material compensation in the name of defence expenses of 17 thousand francs. While Tabcasnik has sought through civil procedure a compensation of 2848 francs and a compensation of 1,000 francs.

Remember the sequence of the event: In 2013 Tabcznik was involved in a controversy dealing with a insult that former Swiss Defence Minister Ueli Mauerer had directed to a cameraman, calling “Maimunk”. Tabazcnik had commemorated on that occasion (in an article in the Bleck newspaper) that such experiences with Maurer he had himself from a visit the minister had made to Swiss troops in Kosovo in 2010, broadcasts albinfo.ch. In that case, Maurer, according to veteran journalist, had even reviled the cameraman with the worst insults and had said otherwise “Maurer's communication responsibility had flatly denied this Tabaznik claim.

As the following day after the publication of the article in question, now 68-year-old retired journalist had received an anonymous e-mail with threatening and blackmailing tones from a person who had been addressed as “friend of war” and “Swiscoy” fighter. He had “prescribed” that given what a disaster service he had done in Kosovo, the journalist would better fall “to stay quiet”. That's because, according to him, he had enough material over the extreme “actions of the journalist since he was in Kosovo, just to make him a full public “demontage in all the media.

This material, according to him, was based on <x0 political waste operations of state”, “teggt with drugs and blood, with guns and children”, which Tabacnik did during his period “Kosovore”. The address from which the former email reporter had come belonged to a today 62-year-old architect with whom they had served at the same time in Kosovo.

According to him, Tabazcnik is “the head of a secret army belonging to former federal minister Adolf Ogi and as such poses a threat to Switzerland. /Okinfo. ch/
