Popular actor beats his girlfriend under the influence of alcohol (Photo)

Hewitt, 21, filed a civil suit against the 43-year-old star shooter, claiming he was violent after two had a conflict on July 3rd of this year.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the model shows that she went to Phillippe's house with a friend to pack her things in the early hours of July 4th and followed a physical quarrel.

However, a close source of actor tells PEOPLE, ” Ryan didn't put his hand on it. He wants to clean it up and he'll do it. ”

Elsie Hewitt published a number of photographs of bruises that she claims was from Ryan Phillips throwing down the stairs.

“Phillippe has increasingly combined these drugs with excessive alcohol consumption and has often shown symptoms of drug and alcohol abuse, including mood changes and anger periods”, one source says.

But one source close to the actor says it was the model that was under the influence.

“Elsie was introduced to Ryan's house unwittingly and under the influence several days after breaking up with him,” says the source. “She physically attacked Ryan, caused a scene and refused to leave his home. As she left, she claims she fell down the stairs and was wounded”, this source said.

A LAPD spokesman confirmed for PEOPLE said the officers filed a report on the alleged attack and gave Hewitt an emergency defence order. The order was completed on July 12th. /Gazza Express/
