Kosovo's Islamic Community reacts after reporting on the purchase of Bajram victims

According to BIK, which was taken up with the script published in Express, which reported that BIK has bought meat in Hungary more expensive than the price of meat in Kosovo.

The head of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, for the sake of correct information of public opinion, clarification of believers, and truth and transparency, provides this clarification.

The last few days in our media, mostly portals, has been set up an orchestrated campaign regarding the slaughter action, undertaken by BIK's Headship. The peak of this campaign reached yesterday when “Express”, entitled Bombing, without any concrete data based on slander, insulin and entirely different interest groups, published the article under the title “BIKU's sacrificial scandal claims it paid 17 euros for a kilo of meat from Hungary”, which they later distributed as well as other portals.

The article in question is made up of incomplete, deliberately distorted data and many of the peace. So there's no way to understand and treat it other than as a low and tenderizing campaign to BIK's headship, and all of this for the low and middle purpose of writing orders.

It is painful and unacceptable that “Express” and other portals, in the name of free speech and fair and free information, misuse their mission and make consciously the opposite of the mission, deinfortify and balamus, accuse institutions and in this case BIK by using customer service to distort it.

We, BIK's Headship, we respect and engage in press freedom, but we are fundamentally against this freedom being misused and used for a mission contrary to fair public information. We will be obliged to have those who slander us in the name of free speech presented in the organs of justice.

Yesterday's script in the paper “Express” is intended to render a transparent action, successfully implemented by respecting all religious Islamic standards and principles and by respecting EU standards.

In this case, we remind Express, all the media interested in informing the opinion that BIK's leadership is at any time open to providing the necessary data about the collection, slaughter and distribution of the sacrificial meat, even reminding us that all this action in all its phases has developed transparently.

To understand and see the deliberate speculation of the newspaper “Express” and its mentors, we provide these data that are in the function of correct information of our common opinion and of our believers.

1. BIK's leadership has in time opened the public tender for animal supplies for sacrificial meat. The tender has been published, under clear terms and principles. The tender in question in terms of open competition has been won by a Kosovo company that co-operates with Hungarian companies. This company has offered the most convenient price and all the conditions the competition has seen.
2. The task of gathering tools for slaughtering the offering collectively is traditional action that BIK has been doing for a long time.

The event was open, based on the real price of the market, carried out in collaboration with our councils and gammas. As for what they say someone offered an 85-euro offering, we say “Express” and all those who are interested in seeing the conditions that, according to religion, must complete the animal's sacrifice and then see the real price on the market and prove for themselves if they find a suitable animal for sacrifice with what has been offered. Let him remain in the conscience of those who receive such an amate and of Express and other portals that support them.

3. The Cubans were slaughtered in full accordance with Sheriat's provisions, in the slaughter of Hallal Certificates, and by professional staff for slaughtering the offering according to Sheriat. Throughout the time of the sacrificial slaughter process, on dates 1, 2 September and 3 September, the Commission, authorised by the Headship of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, has been present.

The sacrificial flesh is prepared and ambalized so that no one's health is endangered and in line with contemporary eating practices.

However, it is the tendency of different trade circuits in us and part of the media to dezinate the opinion of the process of distributing the meat of the sacrificial. This is also well attested to by the biased publication of the price for kilograms of meat, as stated in some media and some social networking, with a view to sowing confusion in opinion. Calculating meat on bills, according to meat classification scheme and is not allowed to set meat prices. It's a member of the European Union, and under the price, all other services, such as sanitation, microbiological tests of meat performed in Hungary, meat preparation, disinfectation, freezing, truck transport.

“Express” and other portals deliberately disinstall the amount of meat coming so far to Kosovo, where they tend to refer to our statements by bringing out of the context once of the customs sources, to release the price to impose confusion, the price of 17 euros per kg, but the truth remains different. So far the amount of meat that has reached Kosovo is 108.123kg, or over 100 tonnes, always counting on the net weight of meat. as more than 40 tons are expected during the week. The meat he supposedly bought BIK in Hungary is speculation and pure lie for low client's purposes
