German Ambassador to Kosovo Angelika Viets has said dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade has stalled for a year and does not believe it can continue this way.
According to her, there are not many agreements which have not been implemented, but Aleksandar Vuciq's position in Serbia has been strengthened and he has large parties behind him, since in Kosovo the government is divided into three camps and there is no national consensus on almost any issue.
“in such a situation is hard to restart possible dialogue. This weakens Kosovo, and has yet to present itself at what level it can resume. I see it as very difficult to keep it going” Viets said in an interview for the DA.
