Russian media: Djukanovqi is building army to Hashim Thaci

Djukanovqi and Thaci, according to the Russian portal, had made arrangements for Albanians in Montenegro to vote for Djukanovic's party (DPS) and for Pristina to recognise the <x1ndm Montenegrins as a national minority” in Kosovo and have a seat in Parliament, Telegraphed.
That way, according to Russian media sources, Albanians would secure three of the four minority votes for transforming the KSF into the Kosovo Army.
Furthermore, the resources of this portal say Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel will reward the loyal Montenegrins with functions in the Assembly.
Until none of the state officials became Serbia and Montenegro has wanted to comment on the discovery of the Russian portal, Serbian General Bozidar Deliq has said that friendly relations between Albanians and Montenegrins are stronger than ever before.
“Milo Djukanovic for years is surviving politically thanks to the support of Albanians, and now that support has to return. Communication between him said Thaci is very friendly and they do not hide it. Montenegro, with NATO membership, has eventually been positioned on the side of its enemies, that is, on the Albanian side. However, no Kosovo army can be created without the consent of Serbs in Kosovo, or something like that would by no means dare to happen”, Delic has said.
