Rama later added that Taulant Balla will be chairman of the Socialist Party's parliamentary group. “For the new parliamentary group the removal of Gramoz will be a separate challenge we would not want. Replacement of the group chairman must be the first and immediate priority. Highly esteeming the special commitment and political integrity of Taulant Balla, as deputy chairman of the group, I believe it is the right thing for Taulanti to take over the parliamentary group”, Rama said.
