ChrissyTeigen reports alcohol addiction

Chrissy Teigen has never been shy about telling her problems. She's always being honest, and when things haven't been in her favour.

This time she has actually confessed her problems with alcohol, writes Cosmopolitan.

The 31-year-old said there was a period in her life where, without realizing it, she began to consume a lot of alcohol.

I started thinking, okay, one more drink. But then I realized that I was drinking a lot of alcohol”, Teigen said.

Then, fortunately, the model realized that alcohol consumption would bring him nothing good.

I felt terrible. This thing I was doing wasn't good for myself, nor for John, nor for anybody”, the 31-year-old went on.

Chrissy confessed that no one has mentioned her problems with alcohol, but she herself knew that her conduct was not right.

No one has actually upset me by making me moral about this. But I felt in my heart that I was not well. It made me feel bad in front of people”, the model showed.

She said that in events where she's always invited there's alcohol all around, and she's surprised by herself, as if she didn't drink a glass. But the fact that she doesn't drink at such events makes her feel better.
