The chairman of the PDK branch in Mitrovica has voiced confidence that this party will restore governance in the town of Mitrovica.
Avni Kastrati in 2013 elections has been candidate PDK for chairman of Mitrovica.
He, although in the first round, managed to be the first in a run-off to Agim Bahtiri from AKR after a coalition with LDK followed the result.
Local elections in Kosovo are held on October 22nd.
