Today, 1 year from the murder of Ardit Gjokolay in the Sharra Land, there is still no justice.

It's been a year today since the 1st anniversary of young Ardit Gjllaj's murder in the Sharra country, whose death has raised numerous questions. The minor was killed in the country by an escaper while working there.

Two are so far the people who have faced justice for Ardi's death: The company's shift manager “3R”, which managed waste processing, national Defrem Hakrmama, as well as Fadromist Edmond Kolari, have not respected labour regulations, as a result of which were left dead citizens Djolaj, who worked near this company, writes the pencil.

In addition to the investigation into the death of 17-year-olds, investigations are under way on possible responsibilities of the company “3R”, society “Eco Tirana” and Tirana City Hall, based on a confession delivered by the group of municipal advisers of the Democratic Party.

What remains unclear is how a minor was allowed to work in such a place when it was banned. It was the company contracted by the municipality of Tirana that, according to the evidence, even employed children to work in the landfill of Sharra.

The publication of a documentary by the public shows showed what was really hiding in this country. The documentary was censored on television, but spread to social networks, bringing a huge wave of reactions.

Protests against Tirana mayor Veliaj were numerous for the event, charging him as involved in the crime due to the alleged connection with the company dealing with the waste recycling company in Sharra.

Also on social networks came a picture of Veliaj, along with the 17-year-old prosecutor, sitting at a table talking after a day's ordeal.

Although a year has passed, this event, which claimed the lives of a minor and showed the drug recycling scandal from the municipality of Tirana, nothing has been undone, but, rather, the event is being forgotten every day.
