Video: Panja Brothers Do Not Speak in Court (Video)

Binak, Valon of Xhavit Panja, suspected of killing the Ramiz Berisha Brothers on Mount Kosuriq village of Peja on Saturday, except that they backed the words of their lawyers, did not speak a word in court.

The prosecutor indicated that investigations into killing the Berisha brothers started Sunday, a day after their murder.

Xhelal Radonic's lawyer, Binak Pandza, rejected the prosecutor's request for the detention move with the reason there is no doubt based on the execution of the murder by his defence.

Sabrije Abazi, the lawyer on the official duty of Valon Pandja, said her guardian was in Pec at the time of the murder.

“As far as my defense is concerned, according to his statement, he has no connection with performing this criminal act he is suspected of. He has issued the statement to the police and clearly said that the time when criminal acts were committed, he has been in Pec to his brother”, said lawyer Abazi.

Lawyer Abazi said her defense lives abroad, and it is enough to seize passports to prevent his possible escape.

Muharrem Hoti, Xhavit Panxha's lawyer, also rejected the request for detention because the prosecutor has reasonable and not given the basis for Panjaj having committed the murder.

The killing of the Berisha brothers occurred on the property of the arrested.

Lawyer Hoti said in court that the fact that the murder occurred on his client's property does not mean that the work was carried out by the owner.

The court will decide during the day about the safety measure against the three Panja brothers.

Brothers Berisha, who were killed on Saturday for a property problem even 11 years earlier, had been killed by two brothers.

Brother Berisha's father had also been killed in the same case, and in this family, only the elderly mother of murdered boys and the wife of one of them live.
