The Saranda court has given the security measure today, with 45 days in prison for safist Ermal Fataj, who allegedly killed it by his means, the 15-year-old Russian tourist Kseniya Roick a few days ago. In court, Fataj said: “seeks justice. I didn't understand anything. If I'm guilty, I'll answer! ”
The court took into account the Saranda Prosecutor's request, which called for the appointment of a security measure “prison arrest” by 45 days, aimed at hosting the act of expertise for citizen Ermal Fataj
Based on procedural actions thus far, it turns out:
Friday afternoon, Russian national K.R. And her mother, they broke into the Ksamil Islands area. The girl swam away from her mother and lost sight of them. A few minutes later, it's been found that the girl is floating dead in water. This fact was recorded by several other tourists, who have notified the police and then, on the scene, the girl's mother has been approached swimming.
After performing the autopsy, it turned out that the victim had some deep scratches on his head, as well as on the side of his body, which caused his death.
The investigative group, led by the Saranda Prosecution, has created suspicions that the girl may have been hit by a floating vehicle moving in that area.
They've been watching a large number of boats and barbecues that serve to transport tourists from the coast to the islands of Ksamil.
From the survey, it turns out that in the boat helic, run without permission from citizen Ermal Fataj, they found some hairs, similar to those of the 16-year-old victim.
Several people have been asked, including the suspect. The latter claims he moved on at the hour of the event, but denied responsibility for the event, stating that if he had hit the deceased, he would have felt it and arranged to come to his aid.
That's how many days in prison the suspects are assigned.
Under these conditions, the Saranda Prosecutor has raised reasonable doubts that national Ermal Fataj may have hit the Russian tourist.
But to get to accurate conclusions whether this citizen is exactly the author of the criminal act predicted by Article 85 of K. Penal, a more accurate assessment should be made only after the acts of forensic expertise are carried out to define the category of injuries and the cause of the victim's death, as well as the act of biological expertise of champions and other material evidence found in his floating and sequential means, to determine in a scientific way whether they match and pass on to the victim or not, so precisely if this is a citizen (Ermal Fataj) subject of criminal work after the death of Russian citizens.
Only after this moment of the investigative process will a more accurate assessment of the circumstances of the fact become.
For these reasons, the Saranda Prosecutor's Office has called for the appointment of a security measure “prison arrest” on the deadline, pending scientific responses.
