The renowned actor John Heard was separated from life at 71.

He was found dead Friday, in his hotel room, in Palo Alto, Caliphony, but the causes of death have not yet been revealed.

Heard's career as an actor began as early as 1970, but it became known in 1990, in the film “only at home”.

In this film, John Heard played Peter McCallister, Kevin's father, the film's protagonist.

He's been playing in other movies like “Cutter '%s', “C.H.U.D. and Gladiator”, oposite “Cuba Gooding”, etc., as well as nominated for the “Emmy” price, for his role in television series “Sopranos”
