Greek President Distorts Albania

A strong statement has issued Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos from northern Greece, when he said Albania must fulfil and respect obligations to the Greek minority as a condition for EU membership. The Greek head of state's response came right after news of the destruction of the two Determ buildings [...]
The Greek head of state's reaction came immediately after the news of the collapse of the two Deforested Buildings, which Pavlopoulos said “the provocative breach of property rights for our fellow countrymen by Albanian authorities keeps far from Albania's European perspective”.
Greek presidential statements were made by Preveza, where the common Epirus World Congress was held as it is called in Greece.
The “should not be forgotten that the ethnic Greek minority should be respected in neighbouring Albania any right, just as it befits citizens living in the rule of the rule of law”, the Greek president said. All must feel that they live in a rule of law and that rule of law is not a pile of stones. There are no different standards in Europe for different countries, it has clear conditions for states that want to become part of European construction”.
He further spoke of Albanian immigrants in Greece when he said his country has lovingly rewarded Albanian immigrants there, and according to international laws, the same similar behaviour awaits from Albania.
